Albright Photo Restoration was founded in 2003 in Burlington, Vermont, born from a simple moment: discovering a box of water-damaged family photographs in a grandmother's attic. The desire to save those images — and the stories they held — became the foundation of everything we do.
What started as a personal mission quickly grew as neighbours, friends, and eventually families from across the country began reaching out for help with their own treasured photographs. We realised that every damaged photo represented not just an image, but a connection to the past that deserved to be preserved.
Today, our studio remains deeply personal. We are not a large-scale processing centre. Every photograph that arrives is handled individually, with the same care and attention we gave to those very first family images over twenty years ago.
